All articles are accepted at customer risk. We're not liable for color fading, shrinkage, damage to embellishments. Notify us in advance for sensitive fabrics. We use washing, wet cleaning, or solvent dry cleaning. Images may be used for promotions.
Laundry items take 24–48 hrs. Dry cleaning, shoes: 4–5 days. Special items (blankets, leather, quilts) may take longer. We aren't responsible for items beyond 15 days post-delivery. Please inspect items at delivery time.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If unhappy with our services, contact us. In case of damage or loss, our Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program will apply.

We’re not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, power cuts, war, or government restrictions beyond our control.
This agreement follows Indian laws. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
